In 2010, TropicalExotique was founded in the mountains of northern Thailand, near Chiang Mai. Chiang Mai provided a tropical savanna climate, tempered by the low latitude and moderate elevation, with warm to hot weather year-round, though nighttime conditions during the dry season can be cool and much lower than daytime highs.

Our nursery specializes in flora native to Asia. In addition to our local offering in Thailand, we go on expeditions to procure rare and unique flora throughout Asia including Cambodia. Vietnam, Singapore, and Indonesia.

At TropicalExotique, we have a vast selection of rare and exotic plants. We are able to offer orchids in flasks, seedings, and adult plants. In addition, we also provide a number of other tropical plants including hoyas, huperzias, and platyceriums.
